Food Relief

The Prophet (SAW) said:

“Save yourself from Hell-fire even by giving half a date-fruit in charity.”

[Sahih Al-Bukhari]

Food Parcels

People's lives are in jeopardy due to food scarcity, particularly those who reside in besieged areas. Children are starving to death.  People are more prone to disease and less able to recuperate from injuries due to a lack of proper nutrition, resulting in a seemingly perpetual circle of mortality.

Hunger is the worst kind of poverty because it drives people to do unthinkable things. Poverty Relief Team is dedicated to combating food insecurity and aiding anyone who does not have or has restricted access to food.  Every day, people all across the world go hungry to feed their children.

Our food parcels include rice, flour, sugar, lentils, cooking oil, tea, beans, salt, tomato sauce, chickpeas, and sanitary goods. These contents vary per nation, but they will offer two meals per day to a family of up to five people for a whole month. For only £30.00 each month, you can help save lives.

Hot Meals

Warm hearts by providing a comforting nutritious dinner.  These meals consist of rice and meat or soup and bread.  The staple diet of each country varies.  Our feeds take place on the auspicious day of Jummah or in emergency cases as soon as possible, unless it is Ramadan in which case we provide daily iftar meals.

‘The best of you are those who feed others’.
